Working principle

The Double Roll Crusher has an intrinsically simple design roll crusher construction. The raw materials are fed into the crusher and fall into the V shape cavity created by the two side by side crushing rollers. The feed is then crushed into qualified sizes by the extruding and cutting force of the two counter-rotating rollers, and then discharged from the outlet. Due to the high velocity the rollers rotate at, the crushing mechanism is highly destructive and can crush large quantities of feed material very quickly.

 The double-roller crusher is mainly composed of the roller, roller bearing, pressing and adjusting device and driving device. The two rollers are respectively fixed on the two rotating shafts by the key, each end of the shaft is supported by a set of bearings, the fixing wheels are fixed on the frame by bolts, and the movable wheels are equipped with safety springs and sliding bearing boxes. The movable wheel is used to adjust the gap or finished product granularity or when the two rollers fall into metal sundries, the movable roller can move laterally, so as not to damage the equipment.
